南韓官員今天(9日)表示，北韓領袖金正恩(Kim Jong Un)於2011年年底上台後實施恐怖統治，至今已處決了70名官員，遠遠超越了他已故父親金正日(Kim Jong Il)統治初期時的血腥做法。
南韓外長尹炳世(Yun Byung-se)在首爾的一項論壇上表示，金正日在剛執政的最初數年期間，只處決了約10人。
南韓國家情報院一位拒絕透露姓名的官員證實，國家情報院認為，金正恩處決了約70名官員；但他沒有透露情報院是如何取得這項情資。
尹炳世還說，金正恩的恐怖治理產生了重大效應，在海外工作的北韓人因而向南韓投誠。尹炳世也沒有說明是如何取得相關內容。
